Welcome to our comfy cozy fully-furnished casita in our beautifully landscaped charming historic neighborhood! This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

Lakefront at Twelve Oaks Road - Waurika Lake

Waurika Lake - Relax and enjoy this peaceful location, only a short walk to the lakefront. This home comes with two bedrooms, two baths and will accommodate 8 guests comfortably with the added pull-out sofa bed. Added features also include a 75” flat screen TV in the living room with flat screen TVs in both bedrooms as well. The back covered patio is over 1,000 sq. ft. with a large area for outdoor dining, grilling, or relaxing and watching the deer from the back porch or around the fire pit.

"The 34" Quiet Country Getaway on 34 acres

"The 34" is a cozy one bedroom/one bath metal cabin on 34 acres with coastal hayfields, wooded areas, 3 ponds and lots of wildlife. This is a quiet place, far from the main road, no close neighbors. You can stop in town for supplies, only a 5 minute drive to the "Finer Foods" store, or make a quick trip to Muenster and visit Fischer's Meat Market for amazing steaks, German bratwurst & specialty cheeses. Cook something on the charcoal grill (you will need to bring charcoal/lighter fluid).

BlueCat is on the Washita River in rural OK. Stay for a couple’s getaway, fishing trip, or just R&R. A modern log cabin on 130 acres, surrounded by Mother Nature. Enjoy the firepit and outdoor shower. Kayaks are included. You will have easy access to the pond and river. Seeing elk and bald eagle are common. Mushroom foraging in the spring. Please read all listing information and photos. The hosts live on the property, but your privacy is priority. Higher clearance vehicles are suggested.

Come relax at The Magnolia. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has been completely remodeled in July 2023 and is in the middle of all the big city amenities. The apartment complex is very safe with a city police officer living on the premises as the courtesy officer. It is a very quiet complex and everyone is very respectful. The laundry is located in the apartment, so no need to visit a laundry mat. The complex has a fitness center, business center, and dog park.
