Cihangir is the coolest neighbourhood in Istanbul and Turkey - popular with locals and expats. It's historical and beautiful, probably the most European area of the country. It has some of the best cafes and bars in the city. It's known as a place to hang out for those in the arts, media and film. The most comfortable place for a woman in my opinion. I feel comfortable here at all times.

Cihangir is the coolest neighbourhood in Istanbul and Turkey - popular with locals and expats. It's historical and beautiful, probably the most European area of the country. It has some of the best cafes and bars in the city. It's known as a place to hang out for those in the arts, media and film. The most comfortable place for a woman in my opinion. I feel comfortable here at all times.
