There are plenty of places to stop for pictures along the way. Additionally, it's part of a larger trail network (check the AllTrails app to see more!)

There are many murals in our city. Lancaster Public Art website has a map of all the murals. Many are within a short walk of one another and tours are available as well.

Historic Churches
There are a number of historic churches that architecture fans might want to walk by. St. James, St. Mary's, St. John's, First Presbyterian, and First Reformed are a few examples.
My suggestion would be to start with the street murals and just keep a keen eye out for steeples as you're walking/driving around the city.
