We like to wander across for a late dinner when its a bit quieter, but they've also started serving weekend lunch, so there are more opportunities for you to try everything on their menu; the sashimi, sushi maki and everything on the robata grill is always standout. And if you're into sake, Etsu offers the best selection around.
