This is an excellent museum. G**gle South Lake Union or the Museum itself to see what's going on there. Behind the museum on the water-side are a number of historic boats, including the MV Lotus which sailed to Alaska frequently in the early 1900s. Boat rentals, Lake cruises also in the area.

A little known or advertised gem at the Seattle Center. The theater has great shows for kids of all ages as well drama classes for locals. There are often 2 shows going on at the same time. Tickets are about $20. Order tickets online.
