For some, a park filled with hundreds of pigeons can be a terrifying sight, but for children it can be an exciting experience. “Pigeon Park” stands at the end of Calle del Cristo. Expect to find a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and enjoy the warm breeze in the open space. You’ll see hundreds of pigeon holes on the surrounding walls. The fun part is feeding the pigeons, which you can do after buying a bag of corn for $1.

Go to the places the locals go.
There are a bunch of places that won't charge you or would charge you way less than what you as a "tourist" would pay. Make sure to go online to book a free walking tour with osjfreetour@gmail.com they would take your name, phone, day of the tour, and amount of people. It's completely free, but remember they do that to help so a little tip won't be rejected. Let's help the locals help the visitors.
You can also go to local restaurants with really good prices.
El Jibarito, Domirriqueños, and/ or schedule your meals with food deliveries from any place on the Island.

Don't waste money on transportation
Don't order Uber at high-demand times.
Uber high demand times: between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. Everyone is trying to get or leave their hotels, Airbnb or hostels so schedule your Uber ahead of time and freeze the prices so they won't go up. But don't forget the place or time where the Uber would pick you up.
The Taxis use flat fees: Don't take a taxi without asking how much would be and compare with Uber always.
If you can, rent a car because you would be free to go wherever you want without charging you per trip.
Those tips would save you some money
