We just tried this recently and loved it! There are all ages of folks who can ride this ride. You get to control your speed. The lines get long so maybe think about going when they open or at off peak times to minimize your wait.

Hikes (for all skill levels) and views are plentiful just a short drive from Above the Mist. Don't miss the ever changing views and crisp air as you reach the higher elevations. Don't forget to fill up your tank before you get into the park, as there are no gas stations once you enter.
