Malthouse antiques centre is open Fridays and Saturdays. Take a stroll down the high street and get a new outfit, book or toys for the children and still have change from a ‘fiver’!

Easily rent a bike via a phone app from cycle depots around Hythe & Sandgate. Even have bikes with child carriers you can rent.

Hythe seafront is a great ‘scooting’ /balancing bike route for kids. Also a purpose-built skateboard park alongside the canal.
