Lovely food in beautiful surroundings, a beautiful village and the foods a reasonable price. It’ll take you under 10 mins by car to travel the 5 miles to get there.

We really enjoy eating here. It’s just over the hill (5m/10 mins drive). It’s not too expensive either! Definitely our family favourite 👍

Lovely teaooms on the bank of the River Hodder in Slaidburn. Its a beautiful 30 minute walk along the river from The Stable. They’re open 9-4 everyday except Monday (open bank holidays).

The Rum Fox is a new place to eat and drink. We ate there recently and the food blew us away. It was amazing! It’s about 10 mins drive but well worth it.

If you’re a chocolate lover like me you’ve got to visit here. Great for drinks, and snacks. I can personally recommend the fully loaded waffles 😋
