The eno river state park has it all: (1) hiking trail (2) river to swim / float (3) swimming / rock quarry. It's really close to our house, so definitely worth a visit for some nature.

A beautiful, sprawling garden on Duke Campus. People come here to walk around the grounds, picnic. Definitely worth a visit.
