Hands down best restaurant in town. Reservations required! call ahead before your trip so you know that you can make it. The wine bar above the restaurant doesn't take reservations, and is a great option if you cant get in for a dining reservation. Only open during the summer season :(

One of our favorite places to eat breakfast/lunch is Wildflour Cafe. They serve coffee, smoothies, fresh baked goods, and lunch. Located just across the street (next to Subway). One of the healthier dining options in town.

Råd om din stad

Ta sig runt

Sitka is walk-friendly and the easiest way to get around

If you don't have a rental car and don't mind potential rain, we suggest renting a bike from yellow jersey cycle shop, just a block or two away and then biking out to each end of town
Sedvänjor och kultur

Everyone knows everyone, so don't be afraid to say "Hi"

Since this town is so small the locals can spot a traveler from a mile away. Locals are very friendly and happy to help out, so if you feel lost or are looking for local input, just ask! We love to make eye contact and say hi when passing by strangers, so join in the culture and say hello to all the friendly faces.
