Best kept secret in town with the best coffee by far. They ship it worldwide and burn it themselves.

Great cocktail and thai kitchen bar. They serve a good Pad Thai! Make sure to have a look inside, they have a great interiour as part of their Hotel (Hotel Not Hotel).

This place is located in an ancient tram depot, they have great bites, GT's and the design is just amazing to hang around. Upstairs they have a decorated pool for you to have drinks in while DJ's play some loungy tunes.

Sightseeing
If you have the time, take the ferry to north Amsterdam (they run every 5 min from Central Station and are free of charge) and go explore the neighborhood there.
Must see's:
- Cafe de Ceuvel: a self-sustaining bar / restaurant all built from scratch (and wood) with terrace with great summer vibes next to the water.
- Pllek: great beachvibes with a view over the water and good live music
- Eye: right to your left when you exit the Ferry is a museum, cinema with great views on 't IJ
- Adam tower: take a swing on the rooftop, have some drinks, food or go clubbing in Madam.
