A gem of an artisan bakery just a 5 minute walk away. Everything is baked fresh. Their Chewy Brown sourdough and multi-cereal loaves are divine. And don't get me started on their tarts and 'bites' (a small spongy delight). They also do delicious, homemade lunch options and you can sit in at the large country kitchen table or take away.

We're lucky to have an award-winning butcher right on our doorstep who knows the provenance of all his meat and is happy to share recipes to help you if you're feeling like being a little more adventurous with your selection.
They also have a cheese shop just to the left which is open Thurs-Sat only. Great little place.

A little further on from the Coop is Ricci's, a local independent grocer's that selects a host of fresh, free-range and organic produce. No plastic bags here, so be sure to take a shopping bag with you.
Another one a little closer to the property is Seeds 'n' Sprouts, run by an old school friend of mine. Be sure to pop in and say hello to Paul!
