The Hydro - about a 40 min walk from the flat (via lots of bars and cafe's) I would reccomend walking if you are going to a gig here - trying to get a taxi/the train is murder before and after gigs!

Sightseeing
A short walk from the flat, the Riverside Museum is a great day out, the Tall Ship is moored next to it, which is great to visit too. You can also hire segways here!!
