El Capitan sits on top of the mountain above the Malecon at the edge of the ocean. The views are spectacular! They have a half price coupon in the Rocky Point times. Between 10am-4pm they have a half price menu. The food is ok, but the half price makes the views much more affordable! They are very strict about the coupon. You only need one per party and ask for a coupon as you leave for your next visit.
