Everything's good at Opie's, from the baby backs to the meltingly juicy prime rib, but the must-have is the brisket, cooked at high heat on a smoker so it's tender inside, with a nicely blackened crust. Extras like the tater-tot casserole also set Opie's apart. Monday -Thursday 11-4, Friday & Saturday 11-7 Sunday 11-5 or until the meat runs out daily

Hamilton Pool is nice but overcrowded, about 30 minutes from Chez J. Be sure to check their website as the sometimes close if the water level is too low. There is a charge of $15/car. NO PETS!
