We are so lucky in Paonia to be surrounded by so many organic farms and ranches and many of our restaurants showcase this bounty.
We love to have breakfast at Root and Vine! Their menu has something for everyone and their breakfast beverages are top notch. Their chai is especially tasty--not too sweet and just enough spice. They also have a phenomenal view of Mount Lamborn and Lands End. In the Summer months, they've been known to have live music on Sunday mornings.

Big B's is a favorite for both locals and tourists. Delicious local food at affordable prices and an outdoor area with the most amazing swings! You can pick your own fruit when it is in season or purchase it from their well-stocked store, full of the products of local artists and crafts people.
If you go for a concert, be sure to bring your own chair--and your mosquito repellant--and be ready to dance!
