As the property can be tricky to find, especially at night, you may need to provide your driver additional instructions - like "go down the driveway between the boat storage and the Steiner Lake Club."

Local Parks
There are several parks within the Steiner Ranch Neighborhood if you need a playscape and swingset day! Make a day trip to Zilker Park if you have time, and go on a miniature train ride. You can walk to a spot and feed the geese, ducks and watch the turtles sunning. Park off of Barton Springs Rd and ask anyone you see how to get to the spot where the ducks are!

You'll find the friendliest folks around in Texas. A smile and a head nod is like a handshake, and don't be surprised if you get a wave from a hand on the steering wheel of a truck on River Bend Road. If you need to ask a stranger a question in the grocery store, don't hesitate.
