Food Scene
Texas Roadhouse has the best steak and their dinner rolls with cinnamon butter are to die for. This is not a place to decide on the fly unless you don't mind a lengthy waiting time. They do have call ahead seating and with that I usually do not wait more than 5-10 minutes upon arrival.

I am fairly picky about Mexican food and have not found many places that I would return to. Although I tend to get the same thing (Mexican Hamburger) when I go here or anywhere for Mexican food, this is a place I am confident to recommend to others

Rosie's diner is a quaint little diner that takes you back to the 50's with their decor and their menu. I go here for burgers, shakes, and chef salads. It's definitely worth the recommendation.

Though dancing is rarely on my wish list. This is where I go for this as it caters to the older crowd as opposed to most downtown places that are packed with children in their 20's or older folks trying to act like they're in their 20's. Proof plays old school music and literally has all walks of life. One male friend I took there said "If a male cannot find a date here, he's got a problem". Did I mention that they have two large screens that show the music videos of the songs that you are dancing to. They also serve a really good watermelon vodka drink. Be careful though.......they go down REALLY easily.

Cherry Creek State park is less than 5 miles from my home. Though I've not personally been there, other guests of mine have as well as my daughter and I hear nothing but good things about it.

Utah park is one of my favorites as it's a very large park with walking trails, picnic areas, playground, tennis courts, an indoor pool, and each summer they have live concerts that are free to attend. Beautiful scenery.......did I mention ponds with ducks? This park is about 2 blocks from my home.

This is a great place that I frequent when I want to pamper myself without breaking the bank. The massages are performed by students, but are still quality massages at a fraction of the price. $25 unless it happens to be a weekend where they are 2 for the price of 1 (but you have to have two people) or it still costs $25 unless you're lucky enough that there is another lone person in line when you arrive who is willing to split with you.
