This beach is special to our family as all our children have been members of the local surf club. There is a surf school here and the sun setting over Gull Rocks is a must see!! There are life guards on duty here from May to September but again please be wary it does have rip currents. This is a dog friendly beach

Surfing Mecca!!
Known for the artists and the Tate. The Barbara Hepworth Museum is also recommend. A good way to visit is to park at the Lelant Saltings railway station and catching the train in. It is a beautiful journey.

A beautiful way to visit Padstow is to cycle there from Wadebridge. You may hire all different bikes from tandems to electric, bike trailers for children and dogs. Pre booking of bikes is recommended

It is an hours drive away but would recommend a visit, the children's show in the mornings are great. Pre booking is needed for all shows. We have taken a picnic with us on our visits and would recommend a blanket. If you are lucky you may see dolphins.
