My wife and I have been on a Ramen kick here recently, and this place is good, with vegetarian and vegan options, as well. Fairly priced for the quantity, it's been on our A-list for a while now.

Thai Express is a real hole-in-the-wall, and it doesn't look like much from the outside, but their Pad Thai is a hearty dinner choice that we enjoy relatively often, and it's perfect for takeout.

Looking for big portions? Sadie's is your spot. I'd recommend the stuffed sopapilla with red chile, or the chile relleno. They have other locations listed as "Sadies of New Mexico" if you're Googling.

Il Vicino is, personally, one of our favorite restaurants. Affordable, with a brewery of their own (get the Slow Down Brown or the IPA), this Wood Oven Pizza & Italian offering is superb!

Zendo sort of feels like an experience you wouldn't otherwise get in Albuquerque. More modern / minimalistic in vibe / appearance, they do have some pretty great coffee.

Dions is sort of a staple in Albuquerque. They've expanded to east Texas in the last few years, but we still claim them as our own. It's my wife's favorite pizza place... ever. (Veggie sub rules!)

If you're in town and looking for a place of worship, this is the one we attend. North Church (non-denominational) hosts services on Sundays at 9 & 11 AM, and 7 PM, and on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM.
