Our Favorite Beaches
Perfect spot for kiddos with the flat beach and shallow water! The reef is a great barrier and during low tide creates a shallow pool, which is why it is named bathtub beach. Parking is very difficult most days and is very limited. It does have a gazebo, one shower, and a bathroom that is typically clean.

It's called House of Refuge Museum, but also a great beach to check out. Many come here for the best Instragam pictures and beautiful sunsets.

It's not in Stuart, but it's worth the drive. With great views of both the Jupiter inlet, as well as the Loxahatchee River, this park is beautiful. Additionally, in terms of recreation, it has it all. A safe space to walk, run, bike, swim, and fish. The beach and trails provide excellent coverage, and the waterways are quite interesting. Lastly, the pier and boat slips offer effective ways to launch or keep small boats, as well as fish, a safe distance from possible swimmers. Overall, a great park.

Nature
Right from the property, guests can paddle down to Kiplinger nature preserve and reach it within 15-20 minutes. During the trip, you should see some dolphins along the way. There is a dock to secure the kayaks and a one-mile trail loop.

It has an excellent 18-hole disc golf course, nicely paved walking trails, extensive mountain biking trails, and great hiking trails. Note: the hiking trails are very poorly marked, so pay close attention.

Food scene
Blue Pointe ha live music, great views of the water, large food portions, great flavors, and friendly staff. They have chairs lining the waterway, so can hang out and drink while taking in the views. The parking is a little ways away, but they have golf carts that take you back and forth.

An upscale restaurant, right on the beach. Great food, cocktails, and service. They have complimentary valet parking or you can self-park. I highly recommend the upside pineapple cake if they still have it.

Great vegan restaurant. Everything I have ever had here has been really delicious! Smoothies, sandwiches, detox juices, and desserts, are all good. Bring your appetite because the portions are healthy.

The food here is great!!! We recommend the clam chowder, steamed clams, and Surf and Turf. Prices were a little high but well worth it for taste and the views.

Our Go-To Coffee Shops
A picturesque coffee spot right on the water! This is a wonderful place to come and get coffee & a bite to eat. It has a beautiful view and you can take a nice walk around downtown Stuart from here. The coffee specials are unique and the food is delicious! The staff is friendly and prompt! They offer a teacher discount, too! The only potential problem is parking. If you come first thing in the morning there are spaces.
