So called milk bars are old-fashioned bars with cheap home made food. I recommend to go there either for brekfast (scrambled egg sprinkled with chive+ cereal coffe INKA) or lunch.

Go there for Sunday brekfast. There is a swedish table for just 15 PLN. It starts around 11-11:30 so you sleep enough after partying on Sathurday night:)

It is a very popular music bar with excellent lebaneese food, like hummus, olives, eggplant served with pomegranate and mint pesto, or mouth watering halva icecream! It may be a little crowdy though.

Very tasty fries with choice of salsas! Grab a cone full of fries and go to Małe Piwo to eat them while drinking a beer. Isn't it a great combination?:)

This place is interesting for its communistic architecture. Check out the gigantic candelabrum and sculptures of "working nation" on the buildings down on Marszałkowska Street.

Interesting architecture. Building was designed by famous Center Pompidou architect Norman Foster, although its location was a little controversial, because it coverd the view of the National Theatre.

Really great place to go with the kids or on your own. All the exhibits are interactive and it is really fun to spend there couple of hours. Please note that it is very busy on Sathurdays.

Staszic Palace is one of the buildings belonging to the Polish Academy of Sciences. In front of it you can find a sculpture of Copernicus who "displaced the Earth from the center of the universe".

Beautiful square with a lot of fancy restaurants and shops. Check out Ale Gloria! It's an expensive restaurant, but sliding in to check out the deco and reproductions of Malczewski's art is a must!

National Theatre is another example of classical architecture in this area of Warsaw. Note the huge dome on the top. Not many people knows, it's filled with water in case of the fire!

Polish souvenirs shop. There is a big selection of items and even though it's more expensive then it should be you cal always find there even very small gifts.
