We offer a clean and cozy lower-level apartment with a private entrance, 2 bedrooms/1 bath, snack/coffee bar with an assortment of snacks, tea, and coffee, a living room, reclining sofa, pool table, electric fireplace, RokuTV, small table/2 chairs and an outdoor patio area. We are located on a 250-acre family farm with a walking path, woods, creek, and cabin.

Please, no pets. However, there is a sweet dog living on the property.

This unique modern studio apartment is located on the corner edge of a working horse farm, Trail M Farm. Guest can see horses in the field or take a walk on the many trails that surround the farm. Circle drive for easy access to the road. Located 2 miles south of Wilmington, Ohio. Also 4 miles from WEC (World Equestrian Center) and 8 miles from Robert's Center. Pet friendly, 2 dog limit & well behaved in house. We ask that you crate your dogs if they are to be left unattended.
