Our charming cabin is nestled on a private road with breathtaking ridge views, just 20 minutes away from the Lassen Volcanic National Park. Immerse yourself in nature as you hike to Lassen Peak, Bumpass Hell, and Cinder Cone. With less than an hour drive you can witness the beauty of Burney Falls or fish at Hat Creek. In the winter, enjoy the snow play at Eskimo Hill or strap on your snowshoes and explore the winter landscapes around Manzanita Lake. Gas/grocery are only a few mins drive.

Orchard Cottage w/ Level 2 EV Charger

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. You may hear a rooster in the AM. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

The Sycamore House

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Chico. It is located just three blocks from the entrance to Bidwell Park for morning walks, or about 1/2 mile to the quaint downtown Chico area! This home has been updated from top to bottom and has every amenity you could ask for! There is also a fully fenced front and back yard area for your furry friends! Relax under the lights by the fire pit in the backyard. This place feels like home!

The Olive House

Bright, Cheery Hobbit Hole and Second Breakfast

Fool of a Took! The first of our four hobbit holes is inspired by Pippin, and has all the charm and whimsy you'd expect. The gray, silver and blue tones harken back to Minas Tirith and the nearby sea. A king-sized bed, spacious shower and cozy bathrobe are just a few of the comforts you'll enjoy during your stay. Unlike Aragorn, we know all about second breakfast!
