Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She loves to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.

This historic craftsman was built in 1920s and has been lovingly restored so it has all the historic charm combined with modern conveniences. Located within walking distance of Arkansas Children's Hospital and the Central High School National Historic Site and within a 5 minute drive of downtown, and UAMS.

The River House (Hot Tub/River Front)

The River House is a modern river front cabin located just north of the historic town of Hot Springs. The cabin was designed for a romantic and memorable getaway for two adults or a small family. Come enjoy time together in the cabin nestled against the river. Large glass doors allow natural light in as well as breathtaking views of the river to be seen from inside the cabin. Spend endless hours enjoying the hot tub on the covered deck with river views.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per night for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.
