Heat & air conditioning, outsideshower is seasonal. no shower, to cold.Great if you want to visit your family but not stay with them🤣 3 blocks from lake, less than mile from a 100 stores. If you want to go to the beach, towels + extras to use. Radio,cd player, TV Patch Village is 2miles away. EZ access to hwys. Quiet area great place to relax.wifi,Roku,Bluetooth speaker
