The Hummingbird is an upstairs room with a queen bed, dressed up in cheerful custom-made linens of pink florals and pale greens. It includes a small writing desk, a comfy reading chair, a wall-mounted flat-screen television, and an unusual cedar closet. The spacious bath features a large custom-tiled walk-in rainforest shower. The porch, with its two wicker armchairs, is a great place to enjoy that first cup of coffee or a glass of wine with a good book.

Our house is located in a safe, upscale neighborhood. The master bedroom suite includes a spacious room with a queen-size bed, a large bathroom with a jacuzzi and a shower, as well as double sinks. The guests have access to a private dining room on the same floor, where breakfast is served daily, at a time of the guests' choice. Guests have access to a 2-mile nature trail through woods and a creek and a retirement community, from the house's backyard.

Lake Murray Retreat

Our house is situated on Lake Murray, just 15 miles from Columbia. We have a canoe for use. We live on a quiet dead end street, but have marinas, restaurants and basic shopping within 2 miles. Our property has gardens, chickens, cats and dogs. We welcome guests who are completely vaccinated against Covid-19. We have elderly relatives with health issues and we do not want to risk any exposure.
