Built in 1700 as a noble palazzo, the house still preserves original frescoes and floor tiles. The apartment offers all amenities and will comfortably sleep four. The apartment consists of a main living room w/ mezzanine, a main bedroom with a double bed with barocco frescoes, a kitchen, a dining room and two balconies.

L'appartamento consiste in due camere da letto, cucina/soggiorno. Tutte le spiagge più belle della costa si trovano a meno di 10 minuti da qui. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano ed è dotato di terrazza escusiva con vista sui rigogliosi giardini della proprietà abitati da cavalli, pecore, emù, galline, pavoni e altri animali da cortile.

Welcome to our holiday home in Sampieri, an authentic fishing village on Sicily’s stunning southern coast. The house is in a strategic location, just 250 meters from the beach and about a 10-minute walk from the village center. While everything is easily reachable on foot, the house is set in a quieter, more peaceful area, away from the summer hustle and bustle of the center, where parking can often be a challenge.
