Huset är även lämpligt för företag eller föreningar som vill ha konferens eller träningsläger. Huset har fyra våningar, nio sovrum, 34 bäddar och är på sammanlagt 650 m2.

Entre los puntos a destacar está la terraza, debido a su ubicación recibe sol buena parte del día y cuenta con dos tumbona, comedor exterior y toldo para que pueda disfrutar sus comidas al aire libre con la agradable brisa y escuchar el sonido del mar.
