Most of the residents work during the week, so its pretty quiet then with more activity of the weekend. It is meant to be rented by one family, or a group of workers on a temporary job. Not an individual room rental.

Barlocker's Rustling Oaks Ranch - The Cottage

The ranch is close to Monterey Bay Aquarium, California Rodeo Salinas, Pinnacles National Monument, John Steinbeck's Museum and Victorian House, and the Laguna Seca Raceway. The cottage offers two bedrooms, one large full bath including a whirlpool tub, a living room & dining area, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. Pets are welcome upon pre-approval by the onsite manager. Pets cannot be left unattended. There is a pet fee $25 per night can be zelled or paid cash upon arrival .

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Home is in a great neighborhood, good for couples, adventurers & families. 1584 square foot 3 bedroom two bath home. Two rooms have king size beds, and the third bedroom is a queen size bed. Outdoor bar and fire pit, indoor fire place, BBQ, Traeger Wood fire grill. Driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles. Will accommodate 6 guests. We will entertain up to 8 guests with prior approval ($50 per guest per night over six).
