The apt has a private gallery entrance and on the first floor there are two bedrooms with high quality double beds, a lovely sitting room with wood burning stove, a library of interesting books and a piano. On the second floor we find a lovely kitchen with original tiled flooring, a pantry, washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower unit. A 50 m esta la parada de autobús que os deja en el centro de Sevilla. Hay zona de parking a 150m de la casa Hay 3 habitaciones , cada una con cama de matrimonio. Disponible llegada autónoma.
