This elegant 1,300 sq. ft. private, fully-furnished apartment has 2 bedrooms/2 baths, full kitchen, large living/dining room, washer/dryer, office, high-sped internet with WiFi , TV w/ Roku, patio and a deck overlooking the Oaks. It is a quick stroll to Avila Beach and we have some beach essentials for your use. The town has great walkable restaurants, wine/beer bars + shopping. The area is well-known for its ocean + hiking adventures - we’ll share our favorites! Parking for two cars on-site.

Our suite is light, clean and private. Your personal entrance through ground level french doors looks onto a private patio. Due to CA drought we no longer offer baths, just shower. We live upstairs with our small dog & foster kittens. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a 5 block walk to Sweet Springs Nature Preserve and a 10 minute drive to Montana de Oro. We welcome solo travelers as well as couples. NOTE: LISTING PRICE IS FOR ONE PERSON, $25 ADDITIONAL PER NIGHT FOR 2nd GUEST.

This studio apartment is in a triplex less than one mile from the beach located in an older neighborhood of single and multifamily homes walking distance to Grand Avenue shops, restaurants and the beach. There is a private deck with distant ocean/sunset views, a full kitchen/bath, off street parking. Apt. features twin beds, free wifi, but no TV.
