Take in the remarkable view of Camp San Maurizio and its temporary antiques market from the living room. Recently restored, the romantic interior character has been retained, as the typified by the bedroom's original fireplace and ceiling with wooden trusses. The apartment has a beautiful terrace, with a fantastic view, where you can have dinner under the stars and, during the day, listen to classical music from the nearby music conservatory. Due to allergic problems of the host, it is not possible to stay with pets, sorry for that. Registration Number:027043-LOC-12117 Ca' Manzoni apartment is located in an historical palace which dates back to 1300, and its name comes from the abbess Marianna Manzoni who in 1762 radically restored it, as the commemorative plaque on its façade witnesses. The apartment is a few minutes walk from Piazza S.Marco and near the famous theatre La Fenice, in an ideal position to discover the most famous but also the most fascinating and less popular places of marvellous Venice. It has been recently restored under the expert coordination of the owner Luisa, keeping the romantic Venetian character and atmosphere of the past unaltered: it has the entrance on the fourth and last floor and it overlooks three sides of the palace. The living room has a remarkable view over the wide campo S. Maurizio where a periodic and characteristic antiques market takes place; from the living room you can admire important gothic buildings and the homonymous neoclassic church built by the Venetian architect Gianantonio Selva with its majestic bell tower. The double room, with its original antique ceiling made of wooden trusses and an antique fireplace between two windows is furnished in a typical Venetian style and has a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom with shower is made in a precious three-colour glass mosaic and has washing machine and hair dryer. The elegant and cosy kitchen - fully equipped with dishwasher, microware oven, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker - gives access to the upstairs loft where you can read or rest in a small reserved area. Moreover, a fine terrace offering a breathtaking view over the roofs and a glimpse of the Grand Canal - situated just 100 m from the flat - completes the space and creates the perfect place for relaxing or romantic dinners under the stars. The lighting of the whole house is warm and diffused by lighting fixtures and Murano glass applique; curtains have been made from precious fabrics and have a typical Venetian style and colour shades. Many objects and elegant furnishing pleasingly complete the house: air conditioning, a powerful 20 mega Wifi connection and a 32 inch TV positioned in front of a wide sofa with chaise longue is hidden behind a Neo-Baroque mirror frame. Everything has been studied to make your stay in Venice comfortable, but also cosy and exclusive. A fine rooftop terrace offers a breathtaking view over the roofs and a glimpse of the Grand Canal, which is just a few steps far. This space creates the perfect place for relaxing or romantic dinners under the stars and breakfasts in the summer breeze. The apartment is situated in San Marco, the most central and also one of the liveliest districts of the city. As well as a rich selection of bars, cafes, and restaurants nearby, the shopping ranges from artisan businesses to luxurious boutiques. Ca' Manzoni is served by Actv public transportation (line number 1), Ailaguna Orange line (airport shuttle) and private water taxi. The closest water bus stop is S.Maria del Giglio, situated 3 min walk from the apartment. So that, we can arrange an appointment with you for the check-in procedures. Please note that the price does not include the city tax which has to be paid in cash on arrival. Rialto - bright roof studio

The flat is in a lovely area of the city center of Venice named san Polo. It is located besides Rialto bridge (50 meters), just 2 min afoot from the water-bus stop. This apartment (free from high water) is in a new palace with a fine terrace and it is the only apartment in the building. At the entrance, there's a small hallway leading to the windowed restroom with shower while on the right you'll find a marble stairway leading to the open-space attic. Here there's a comfortable kingside beds and a sofa (in case of necessity can act as a big sofa bed), a small closet, a desk, a dining table and a well-furnished kitchen with cooking facilities with induction hobs. . We supply all the basic necessities(soap, detergent, toilet paper, kitchen napkins, coffee, sugar, bisquits, oil, salt,..), linens services and towels are provided. This flat is suitable for a couple who want to spend a vacation in an authentic and romantic atmosphere and it is equipped with an independent heating and air conditioned, Wi-FI and a small flat screen TV. Ristrutturato completamente ed arredato con pezzi antichi . Si trova al 4° piano di un palazzetto del XIV secolo, con accesso diretto a un piccolo canale. Si può arrivare in taxi nautico direttamente a casa . Come tipico a Venezia, non ha l'ascensore ma ci occupiamo noi dei vostri bagagli al check in e al check out, non dovrete muovere niente !

Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.
