Ocean Escape, 4th floor condo in the luxuriously upscale Sanctuary Resort at False Cape in Virginia Beach, Virginia, breathtaking views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay and is a leisurely 100 step stroll to the beautiful beach and surf. Beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, sand toys for the kids, boogie boards and two beach cruiser bikes. Community pool area, complete with Jacuzzi tub, lounge furniture, and stainless steel gas grills. This wonderfully decorated home is the perfect spot for a beach getaway with the whole family. Inside you will find a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two guest rooms with one queen, and a full. Outside there is a backyard porch, perfect for socializing, and a sizable backyard protected by a fence that stretches the property! Free parking is available inside and outside the property. Beach access and free parking is located on 11th view street about a two-minute walk away!

Private Beach Access at The OV Beach House

Here at the OV Beach House, you have your own private access to the beach and STUNNING water views of the Chesapeake Bay. The sunrises and sunsets are incredible! My husband and I renovated the interior of the house this past year. We poured all of our love (and sweat) designing and crafting a home away from home with you in mind!! You'll find the kitchen stocked with all of the essentials. Towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided.
