PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is separate from our house and living quarters. The bathroom is in the back of the main house, just a few steps from the cottage, private and not shared with anyone. We take special precautions to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bedroom and bathroom after each guest. You’ll love our place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoor space, and the neighborhood. We have a dog and a cat. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Private one car garage with beach chairs and beach umbrella. Unit is on 3rd floor with an elevator in close proximity. Completely remodeled with many extras!!

This is a separate, private studio with private entrance attached to the main house, but on the second floor above the garage. Your studio is completely separate upstairs floor behind a locked door. Laundry room is a connecting, shared space. I live in the main house. We will not cross paths unless you want to meet. This corner unit allows for outstanding canal views and privacy. Tennis and heated pool are just downstairs. Two bicycles are available. Please note that small construction projects are still taking place on the grounds outside due to Hurricane Ian. Enjoy!
