Intrarea in imobil este comuna , camerele date spre inchiriere in regim hotelier sunt separate, dispunem si de locuri de parcare in fata imobilului. Camerele au fiecare câte un pat dublu, 1 dulap , 2 noptiere ,comoda, Smart TV , ,si o baie proprie.
