The apartment is located inside Palazzo Chizzola, a 16th century residence in the historic center. The house allows guests to spend pleasant stays immersed in an atmosphere of times gone by. The representative spaces give the possibility of transforming the house into a "business lounge" both for on-site meetings and for video calls. The house is in Costa de nobili (NOT BELGIUM). It is a detached and recently renovated house. In the 95 square meters available there are: a kitchen and a living room with fireplace on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Also outside there are a laundry room, a patio and a garden of about 200 square meters. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave All 4-legged friends are also welcome.

Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
