A very light, fresh and comfortable duplex in the middle of picturesque village of Santa Luzia only 90 m from the water, and 2 km from Tavira. The proximity to the sea and beach life is noticeable, the sun shines on the terrace from ca. 10 in the morning, until beautiful sunset. There are many lovely restaurants within walking distance and small genuine groceries stores. Santa Luzia has its own small fishing boat fleet and you can always catch fresh fish or squid, and it is safe and cozy.

First floor apartment in a recently renovated townhouse, located in the cozy and typical village of Santa Luzia. A quiet village, 2.5km out of tavira, easily reachable through a street with sidewalks and a even a bike lane. Restaurants can be found within walking distance. Tavira island can be accessed using a 5 minutes ferry to Terra Estreita beach, literally 80 meters away from your doorstep, or you can simply walk (3km approximately) to Barril Beach using the pedestrian bridge to cross.

This lovely villa is located in one of the best holiday resorts in Algarve embraced by Ria Formosa Natural Park. The place is relaxing, calm, family-friendly with full of green areas and all facilities like restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket, swimming pool, tennis and much more. In 5 min by foot you can get to Tavira island. There is a free mini-train service to Barril Beach (you need to show your resort card which you will get at check in). The beach is one of the best in Portugal.
