Homidays is a concept developed by our family business for you to feel at home in your holidays. We have three apartments, each inspired by our favorite sights in Madeira: historic old town (Santa Maria), Seixal and Porto Santo. Check out our other apartments, hope you will be surprised. We want your experience to be pleasant so do not hesitate to talk to us and let us know your doubts or needs. Old town's restaurants and bars are 2 minutes away, while Mercado dos Lavradores, shops, and supermarkets are only a little further afield. Grab a coffee and fresh bread every morning on the corner of the street and find beaches within a short walk. The City Centre and most attractions are reached by foot.

Comfortable and well equipped 3rd floor apartment in a quiet street in the center of Funchal, just around the corner from the hustle and bustle of the city. Fully equipped to cater for all your needs during your vacation. Walking distance to the main points of interest, transport, restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, etc. There is an elevator in the building and for your safety there is a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first-aid kit. Wi-fi throughout the entire apartment.

Apartment Desertas ( 5 minutes walk from beach)

The cozy and completely renovated apartment is ideal for couples who want to visit and enjoy the great Madeira Island. Located in Canico de Baixo, with a great balcony and a nice view, close to the public beach of Reis Magos. In walking distance you will find restaurants, bars, mini-markets, a bakery and car rental. The bus stop to Funchal (main city) is two minutes walk-distance and the airport 10/15 minutes by car. For any advice or help you can contact me at any time.

Résidencia Jesus - Studio Apartment

The flat is very close to the town centre with WiFi, there are restaurant and a backery very close by. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. For couples traveling with a baby or toddler we can provide a cot. NOTE: From June 2024, there is a new law that requires all hosts to collect a tourism tax per guest (over 13 years old) per night 2€ with a maximum limit of 7 nights. Studio D features an open plan design with kitchenette, lounging area, TV (with Netflix), a cozy queen size bed, a spacious bathroom with washing machine and a private, south facing balcony with ocean and pool view (24° to 26° Celsius). Guests have full access to the garden and heated saltwater pool.
