VILLA AGNESE Villa Agnese is within walking distance from the historical centre of Sarnano, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy. Its privileged location, 530 metres above sea level, in the Sibillini National Park, offers stunning views of the surrounding village and hills. The centre can be reached in five minutes and a large variety of delicious specialties can be found at the local stores. For those who prefer relaxing in the shade of a luscious garden, there are games such as a ping-pong table, foos-ball, and a barbecue where you can enjoy all kinds of meat or vegetables available at the local market or in the many butcher’s in the village. In the villa, which has been recently restored in the style of an old country house dating back to the beginning of the nineteenth century, comprises two identical large apartments (170 sq. meters wide), located at ground and first floor. In each flat all modern facilities are available, and the spacious dining room (85 sq. metres wide) from where you have direct access to the garden (ground floor) or a wonderful view of the village, is ideal for big groups or large families (up to 10 people) wanting to experience the beauties of this oasis of quietness. Sarnano and its close back country are offer a large variety of cultural, artistic, culinary, and sport events. Casa Ametista Borgo al Castello Piscina Giardino

Il cuore verde del nostro Residence, un connubio tra legno e pietra rende unica e affascinante la casa Ametista. Una camera matrimoniale, un ampio salone con due divani (uno letto), climatizzata, bagno completo. Gode di un terrazzo perfetto per un aperitivo open-air con vista mozzafiato (magari dopo un bagno in piscina o una sauna!). Le zone comuni consentono di godere della pace del luogo e di appagare la vista con un paesaggio suggestivo che allieterà le giornate della vostra permanenza.

La “Dimora nel Borgo” è una accogliente abitazione nel centro storico medioevale di Maiolati Spontini, in essa si respira una atmosfera rilassata e confortevole, data dalla recente e accurata ristrutturazione, e dall'ambiente circostante tranquillo e silenzioso,  all'interno di un cortile di altri tempi. A pochi metri dall'abitazione ci sono sempre parcheggi disponibili e gratuiti, non ci sono restrizioni ZTL riguardanti il centro storico. La casa è completa di tutti i servizi.

Taverna ex falegnameria ristrutturata di recente soffitto a travi, bagno nuovo con doccia grande, una poltrona un letto grande matrimoniale misure 190x165, un divano che diventa letto misure 120x200 una piazza e mezza, TV, frigorifero, macchina per il caffè e microonde . Giardino esterno con tavolo e campetto basket molto vicino allo Sferisterio 100 metri. (corso Cairoli). nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi alimentari, forni, pasticceria a 20 metri. Ospedale a 200 mt.

La dimora di Gilda

La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.
