Being at the foot of the Howardian Hills provides a wealth of walking opportunities and we are just a short drive away from some spectacular market towns, including Helmsley (8m) Malton( 5.4m), Ampleforth (9.7m) and Pickering (8.5m). Relaxing break for adults on the edge of the North York Moors. A 5 minute drive from Pickering, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and the NYM Steam Railway. 10 minute drive from Thornton Dale, where Bangers&Cash is filmed. York/Whitby 45 minute drive. Dalby Forest 30mins, Scarborough 40mins. A tranquil stay in a rural location. Ideal for walkers and cyclists. Includes hot tub. Due to a balcony and limited space, The Hide is not suitable for babies, infants or children. Sorry, no pets.

Explore the footpaths that lead through undulating landscapes almost from the door. Take a scenic drive to Whitby, Scarborough & dine out at the numerous places to eat. Call at the village shop for supplies as you return to The Cabin. At the end of the day relax in the quirky candlelit outdoor bath whilst watching the stars in the Dark Sky Reserve.

Our Treetops cabin is a woodland room, en-suite with a stunning outdoor space and fire pit, views through the trees, and sounds of nature all around. Treetops is one of three cabins set in 4 acres of woodland. Individually designed and centrally heated, Treetops has a double bed, a shower room, a dining/seating area. We sell logs for the cute log burner. There is a small fridge, kettle, toaster, hairdryer and a TV. And a gas barbecue with gas ring on the porch.
