Downstairs- Living / coffee space has micro &full fridge, with TV & sleeper sofa ***One cottage bathroom is located on first floor. Just off HWY 59 & I20-near local restaurants.. 5 min drive Historic downtown w fun restaurants- Caddo LK, Jefferson & Bear Creek smokehouse 20 min

Escape for a week or a weekend to world famous Caddo Lake. Surrounded by the largest cypress forest in the world and designated as a wetland of international significance, our newest property will accommodate a couple or a family of four with ease and comfort. The Escape includes full kitchen, wi-fi , king bed and two loft bedrooms and water access across the street. If escaping to one of Texas last remaining hidden wilderness treasures sounds exciting, we invite you to explore and stay with us.

The Guest House at Pecan Grove Estate

Two miles from ETBU. This gated estate built in a hundred year old pecan orchard lined by a fern covered creek offers a unique guest house stay. A private entrance leads to beautiful French doors and a wall of windows looking upon pasture land, a pond and serene East Texas Piney Woods. The guest house is newly remodeled in a classic southern style complete with green velvet floor to ceiling curtains, new flooring, carpet, a totally remodeled kitchen and bathroom with an airy loft sleeping space.

The Schoolhouse Cottage

Our Airbnb was a one room schoolhouse & has been converted into a one bedroom, one bath country escape with a fully equipped kitchen! The queen bed accommodates two guests, & a folding cot is available for a third guest. Children are welcome! However, we cannot accommodate pets. Enjoy sitting by the fire pit, or visiting historic downtown Marshall. This is a private stand alone unit, but the owners live next door & are available during your stay. While WiFi is available, it is country internet.

Private country atmosphere in city located on 7 acres. Lots of large pine and oak trees, birds, and catch and release from onsite pond. Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $10.00 per day per pet due check in 2pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. After 10PM inquires will be answered the next morning

The Ginocchio Meyer Home

Welcome! We want to share a bit of history with you! Enjoy a once in a lifetime experience staying at this unique & intricate beautiful 1890’s home. In the 1890’s Charles Ginocchio, owner of the Ginocchio Hotel and the Ginocchio home, had this home built by C. G. Lancaster for Emile Meyers, who operated a saloon in the hotel. Emile, an immigrant from Alsace-Lorraine continued to work at the hotel for many years. During the prohibition era, he converted the saloon into a soda fountain.
