This PRIVATE studio unit has one bathroom, living room, balcony, full kitchen, living room and a fold down wall style murphy bed (real bed).

We reside upstairs and rent out the downstairs unit, which features a full kitchen (see photos). Please note, while the unit is separate, occasional noise from our family upstairs may be heard.
