Get away from it all when you stay in our comfortable treehouse hut nestled under a canopy of native Karaka trees with a view of the harbour, right next to one of Wellingtons best beaches. A perfect escape for nature lovers who want to get back to basics and enjoy the tranquility of nature. PLEASE NOTE: There is no bathroom in the hut. A shared shower and toilet is a short walk away down the path. The sleeping space in the hut is a double bed in the loft which may not be ideal for TALL people!

Our bright sunny studio apartment is nestled behind our home in Seatoun village. It has its own private entrance and outdoor area and is fully furnished with modern appliances including linen. Freeview TV and Wifi are included. Located two blocks from the beach . We're only metres from the local Four Square convenience store, Cafe, Takeaway and local bar. On street parking is available at no charge. Our place is tranquil, private and relaxing, a perfect place to get away for a seaside retreat!

This cosy, quiet hideaway has everything you need for a relaxing stay, a handy kitchenette, ensuite, and your own laundry facilities. Step outside onto the balcony and soak up those gorgeous sea views. Sky TV, and Netflix included. Easy flat access with on‑street parking. Pets welcome with prior approval and small fee.

Take it easy in this unique and tranquil getaway. Tastefully decorated, four bedroom newly renovated property. Open plan living, with dining area and beautiful kitchen. Breathtaking, panoramic views and a stroll across the road to Lyall Bay Beach. 1 carpark in garage, 1outside the garage, and one car pad. 3 Parks! 5 Minute drive from the airport, amazing cafes a stones throw away. Go for a dip in the sea, or relax on the balcony and enjoy the vista, the surfers and maybe a dolphin or whale!

Charming character cottage with privacy and views

Literally a few minutes to the airport this private and cute little cottage is a tiny home nestled in native bush with greatviews over Miramar, the sea and airport. Great for plane spotting. There is a small deck where you can relax and unwind. Wake up in the morning to bird song and tuis overhead. There is a private garden to enjoy and walking and cycle ways close by. Note there is a fairly steep driveway to the carpark area. Easy to drive up, not suitable to walk with a lot of luggage.

Comfortable Studio near Weta Cave

Private, clean & warm studio. Comfortable queen bed, en-suite & TV/lounge area. Dining table/desk. Trundler bed on request. NO KITCHEN but microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, cereal, tea & coffee provided. Street parking. Off street parking on request. Medium friendly house trained dogs welcome, $25 per booking. Dogs cannot be left for more than 2 hrs. Add pets to the booking. Our friendly medium sized dog has free range of the shared fenced back yard & barks to greet arriving guests.
