Work would occur roughly 8am–4/5pm and not every day. Cannot see it from the house.

Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. The "Bay of Naples Cupola Inn"

It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind! Welcome to the original Cupola from the Bay of Naples Hotel which was built in 1899. This Cupola is the only remaining piece of history left from the majestic Hotel which overlooked the Naples causeway up until 1960 when it was demolished. The Cupola has been fully renovated to accommodate luxury and rich history. It is 620 square feet and has been constructed with post and beam to have 2 levels.

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.
