The suite is equipped with wi-fi, internet and cable tv. We, the owners, live above the bright, 700 sqf garden suite. It's a non-smoking environment and is suitable for one , two persons. No pets

Welcome to our 13 acre hobby farm with spectacular panoramic Ocean Views! The Shipyard suite is completely self contained with a private entrance, Nautical Ship Theme and wood accents. We do live above you but have gone to great lengths to minimize sound transference with extra drywall and insulation being installed. The suite can accommodate 2 people; 1 in the luxury Queen sized bed in the bedroom and 1 more on the double day bed in the living room. The private suite has a full kitchenette
