Harbour Road Hut Studio is a break from the norm, a shepherd's hut unlike any other. Two minutes from the sea on a private road in the seaside village of Pagham, this cosy retreat has all mod cons, no compromise on comfort or style here. Outside is a shingle yard complete with a fire pit, lounge chairs and a patio set, perfect for outdoor dining; a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Harbour Road Hut is ideal for one or two, for a few nights, a long weekend or blissful extended stay.

The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

On the corner of beach road this charming annex designed in mind of my guests, it has an eclectic mix of taste from shabby chic to bohemian. Private parking, just 2/3 minutes walk to the beach . I aim to make you feel welcomed and cosy staying in my imperfectly perfect place to rest your head and feel yummy in this little haven. Hopefully I have thought of almost everything to keep you cosy, warm, entertained and relaxed for the less sunny beach days and super comfy in the sunnier ones.
