The house sleeps 8 people with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Direct access off the rear terrace to the beach Every convenience available to you with an extremely well equipped kitchen. The property is equipped with televisions in the sitting room & master bedroom. Netflix/Prime available-you’ll need your login details to your accounts. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 2 bedrooms with one king size bed and one double bed. Bathroom with shower, fully fitted kitchen, dinning area and lounge. Sofa in lounge is a pull out double bed. Private garden with sun deck. Off-street parking. Within a short walk to the sea and the local village. Surrounded by beautiful coastal and country walks. Small convenience store at end of the road, but only a short walk from the Selsey village. Plenty to visit in the local area.

Stonemeadow Shepherd’s Hut, Chichester

Just you, a cosy space and a chance to rewind in pure tranquillity. Entering into Stonemeadow Shepherd’s Hut, you will find your own private escape surrounded by beautiful farmland. It is just a short drive to the centre of Chichester, close to Goodwood, gorgeous sandy beaches and the South Downs. Equipped with separate bedroom, with a kingsize bed, bathroom, full heating, TV and kitchenette with full sized fridge/with freezer, toaster, kettle & Nespresso coffee machine. Fire pit and bbq.

Seafront spacious light 3 bed house

A light spacious beach house set over 3 floors enjoying sea views. 2 minutes from the seafront. The middle floor has a large double aspect lounge (sofa bed located here) with two balconies, facing east and west. The ground floor has a large kitchen leading to a secure paved/decked garden through bifold doors, a cloakroom and a bedroom with en-suite. The top floor has two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Ideal for relaxed family and friend get togethers. A comfortable home from home.

Oakwood Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Oakwood Lodge is a converted barn on a working farm. It is set on the edge of wheat fields and nestled in amongst a woodland area. I do allow dogs, they are most welcome. The outside space is secure for them to roam freely. There’s no grass, only gravel out the front and Woodchip bark out the back. The back has been left as natural as possible. There’s some nettles and brambles to be aware of, I do trim them back so they shouldn’t be an issue.

Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. We have two hand built cabins each set in their own acre of meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.
