This is a cozy converted workshop with all the amenities of a traditional home! You'll have a comfy bed that sleeps 2 with an air mattress upon request, TV with streaming options, fun decorations, WiFi, air conditioning, W/D, closet space, cooking stuff, & bathroom. If you love tiny homes, you'll love this. Because of it being a converted workshop, it still has that feeling in some regard. It's a little rustic, but still charming. It's not a hotel, nor does it try to be. Pets are welcome.

Thunder Ridge at the Forest Retreat is an adults-only pet-friendly getaway. Children may come only during specific holidays. Your house will be unlocked. Check-in is a 3 p.m. Here you are surrounded by the Homochitto National Forest. Take a picnic to the sand-bars along the pristine spring-fed creek. Hike or mountain bike on the remote forest roads. Sports cars do not fare well here. Please note that the address listed on Airbnb is not our location. I will email you directions.

The back of property has gate with access to the Nicholson bike trail for easy ride to downtown.

Goat House Farm is a 501(c)3 nonprofit educational farm. All profits go toward supporting our youth and educational programs. Come and de-stress by snuggling our goats. These bundles of joy are guaranteed to make you smile! We are near Tallahassee but in a rural area, down a dirt road, but we promise the trip is worth it. Kayaking (byo) and calm hiking right off the property, plus beautiful sunsets on the lake.

Quiet cabin in the woods, Fishing pond & Fire pit

This charming cabin is nestled in the woods of a gated fishing community. Unplug and fish in your very own stocked catfish pond located on the property. Take a short drive to the quaint downtown Winnsboro where you will find antique shops, unique gift shops, a Center of the arts and a weekend evening stage. This cabin has space for up to 5 guests. Short 20 minute drive to Lake Fork. No chores at check out!

Located in the Historic Fondren District, my place is just steps from fabulous restaurants, wine bars, coffee shops, shopping, music venues (Duling Hall), and a grocery store (Corner Market). It is also very close to University of Mississippi Medical Center, Baptist Hospital, Millsaps and Belhaven University. Enjoy private/off street parking in the bustling downtown Fondren District.
